Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
- The return request is raised within 3 days of delivery
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or worn products
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Clearance or sale items (if applicable)
Return Request Process
To initiate a return:

- Provide the following details:
- Order ID
- Reason for return
- Clear images or videos showing the issue
Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and provide further instructions.
Replacement Policy
- Replacements are offered for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect
- Replacement requests are subject to verification and approval
- Reverse pickup will be arranged based on service availability
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed under the following conditions:
Eligibility
- The returned product must pass quality inspection
- Refunds will be issued if a replacement is not available
Mode of Refund
- Prepaid orders: Refunded to the original payment method
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refunded via bank transfer
Timeline
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval
- The credited amount may take additional time to reflect depending on your payment provider
Reverse Pickup
- Reverse pickup will be arranged where service is available
- If reverse pickup is not available, customers may be required to self-ship the product
- Shipping charges incurred for self-shipping will be reimbursed upon verification
Important Notes
- Tickzoff reserves the right to reject any return request that does not meet the above conditions
- All returns are subject to inspection and approval
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that the product is securely packed for return
