Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
  • The return request is raised within 3 days of delivery
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or worn products
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Clearance or sale items (if applicable)

Return Request Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@tickzoff.com
  2. Provide the following details:
    • Order ID
    • Reason for return
    • Clear images or videos showing the issue

Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and provide further instructions.


Replacement Policy

  • Replacements are offered for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • Replacement requests are subject to verification and approval
  • Reverse pickup will be arranged based on service availability

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed under the following conditions:

Eligibility

  • The returned product must pass quality inspection
  • Refunds will be issued if a replacement is not available

Mode of Refund

  • Prepaid orders: Refunded to the original payment method
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refunded via bank transfer

Timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval
  • The credited amount may take additional time to reflect depending on your payment provider

Reverse Pickup

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged where service is available
  • If reverse pickup is not available, customers may be required to self-ship the product
  • Shipping charges incurred for self-shipping will be reimbursed upon verification

Important Notes

  • Tickzoff reserves the right to reject any return request that does not meet the above conditions
  • All returns are subject to inspection and approval
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that the product is securely packed for return
